Welcome from the Head of School-Richard Miller
The “Orangewood Christian School experience” is hard to describe in words alone. Once you walk the halls, visit the classrooms, and talk to the students, staff, and teachers, you will begin to appreciate the difference that an OCS education can make.
We believe that a Christian education should include the following:
- An excellent faculty ready to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and wisdom that they will need to make a difference in a complex, technological society.
- Extracurricular activities including sports, activities, fine arts, and clubs that will encourage students to discover the gifts and talents that God has given them.
- Facilities that provide access to state of the art classrooms, laboratories, and technology so that students are prepared to be successful in college and life.
- A community of learners who are working together to be prepared to fulfill God’s call on their lives.
You will find all those things at Orangewood Christian School, but you’ll also find so much more. You will find passionate teachers, who want to walk beside you, work with you, pray with you and worship with you. You will find a community of grace-filled people who care about you and what God is doing in your life.
We encourage you to visit our school and meet with our students, parents, and faculty. Our doors are always open! We are confident that once you step through our doors you will want to become a part of our OCS family.
