Application Process

Your Orangewood journey begins here.

 

We are blessed to have your family looking into Orangewood Christian School.  A Christ-centered community committed to academic excellence, innovation and community service, this is the foundation of OCS.  Our admissions team is available to answer questions and help guide you through our application process.  Take the first step and contact us to schedule a tour and learn what makes being a part of Orangewood a lifelong community.     

Applicant Family Checklist                                                                       

Step 1 | PLAN A VISIT

There's no better way to get to know us than to visit our campus.  We invite you to join us for a tour of Orangewood Christian School’s two expansive campuses, conveniently located within 1 mile from one another.

Tours are given Monday – Thursday from 8:00am – 1:00pm and last approximately one hour.

Step 2 | APPLY ONLINE

Online Secure Application

To access the online application, please create an account in FACTS.  FACTS will serve as a portal, providing valuable information and resources to your student and family throughout their journey at Orangewood.

Upon completing the online application, you will be navigated to the online application fee payment center to pay the $125 application fee, or you can mail your payment to us in the form of a check made out to Orangewood Christian School. 

Step 3 | PROVIDE FORMS TO THE ADMISSIONS OFFICE

1) Church Reference Form

The Church Reference Form should be given to your church to complete and return.

2) Teacher Recommendation Form

This should be given to your applicant’s current teacher(s) to complete and return.

K4 - Grade 1 Teacher Recommendation Form
Grade 2 - Grade 5 Teacher Recommendation Form
Grade 6 - Grade 12 English Teacher Recommendation Form
Grade 6 - Grade 12 Math Teacher Recommendation Form

3) Continual Enrollment Contract

The Continual Enrollment Contract is to be filled out and signed by the applicant’s parent or guardian with tuition payment preference noted.  

Step 4 | SUBMIT TRANSCRIPTS

Current Private School student: 2 years of report cards and standardized test scores.

Current Public School student:  Obtain a copy of the student's detailed profile from their current school.
