Mission Driven
Rams are on-mission to transform the world for Christ and his kingdom, for his glory. Student learning, preparedness, and healthy relationships live at the core of Orangewood Christian.
Why I love Orangewood
Orangewood is a Jesus-focused school who partners with Christian families to serve students, grades K4-12.
Our distinguished teachers and staff personalize instruction and challenge each student to grow beyond what they believe they’re capable of. Orangewood uses market-leading classroom designs, instructional tools, and the power of relationships to equip students to transform the world for Christ.
Orangewood spans two campuses across 27 acres and is located 20 minutes north of Orlando, Florida.
Orangewood’s campuses include dedicated high school, middle school, and lower school buildings, two gyms, extensive athletics facilities, a one-of-a-kind Innovation Lab, and one of the city’s largest school playgrounds.
The Covenantal Difference
More than 155 churches are represented in the OCS student body.
As a covenant Christian school, OCS trusts each of its participating families share a commitment to the Christian faith and are actively engaged in the work and community of a local evangelical church. Parental statements of faith are an important part of the partnership between OCS and school families. As one of only a few covenantal Christian schools remaining in the Orlando area, Orangewood is unapologetic in our commitment to a Christ-first education and its goal to integrate Christian faith in all aspects of school life
