Coach McVay is grateful and excited to have been apart of three season with the Lady Rams volleyball program. Her coaching philosophy is that if you inspire your team to play with passion, discipline, and fun, you can maximize the potential of your student-athletes. She believes it is pivotal to have a team that plays with heart, has respect for their teammates and coaches, and can push each other to be the best versions of themselves.

The goal of the JV team is to prepare girls to be on Varsity. That comes with fast paced practices, intense drills, conditioning, and learning how to be mentally tough. It is essential that we coach our athletes to be great teammates who can develop strong character, overcome adversity together, and win or lose with grace. Our hope as a program is that above all, our teams would ultimately strengthen their relationship with the Lord and learn to love and rely on Him for the rest of their lives.
