Dante Bichette Jr. signs contract with Yankees

Orangewood class of 2011 graduate, Dante Bichette Jr., has signed with the New York Yankees. Bichette, the 51st overall pick in the 2011 draft will play with the Yankees' affiliate in the Gulf Coast League.

July 1, 2011 - Orlando Sentinel Varsity Sports blog reports that Dante placed 3rd in the voting for the Florida Dairy Farmers Mr. Baseball award.
