4th Grade Enjoys an English Tea

OCS fourth grade classes had an English Tea to honor C.S. Lewis who wrote the book, The Lion, the Witch,and the Wardrobe. The students enjoyed delicious sandwiches, cookies, and fruit. Tasting a spot of tea was a new experience for some of them, but they liked having the experience. Stephanie Maughan, their guest speaker, shared the culture and traditions of England.
The room mothers certainly did a wonderful job organizing and planning the English Tea. Thank you, parents, for supplying our food and items needed for the tea.
