More Fun from our Walk for Zambia fundraiser
One of the incentives set for our students during the Walk for Zambia fundraiser was offered by Mr. Bob Rogers. If the students hit the $15,000 donation threshold Mr. Rogers said he would cut his hair into a mohawk and spray paint it red. On Friday morning he held true to his word as our students looked on. Many thanks to Mrs. Lisa Weber (High School parent) for his transformation!
Academic help available for Middle School students!
We are excited to partner with our High School National Honor Society students to offer an after-school tutoring center open to ALL Middle School students! The tutoring center is available every Thursday afternoon (when school is in session) in Mrs. Rushing's classroom (MS 213) from 2:50pm until 3:50pm. There is no charge this service. Students may receive help in ANY subject! We hope our families will encourage your students to take advantage of this opportunity for extra academic help.
We LOVE our Volunteers! | Link
In order to volunteer at Orangewood and work with students individually, you must be fingerprinted and have a background check completed. Please follow the link for the directions to make an online appointment and to print and complete the waiver. Please return the signed waiver to the Upper School Main Office.
Moms In Prayer
Come and experience the joy of praying for your child and our school. Moms In Prayer gathers to pray every Tuesday Morning, 8:00am - 9:00 am in the Upper School Conference Room. We follow the “ACTS” pattern – Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving, and Supplication (Intercession).
