Red Out | This Thursday, September 20

Lower, Middle & High School Students can wear any Orangewood t-shirt on Thursday with uniform pants/shorts in support of the fall sports teams Cross Country, Swimming, Golf, Cheerleading, Volleyball & Football!

Spirit Day | This Friday, September 21

This Friday will be a school spirit day for Lower, Middle & High School.  Students can wear any Orangewood t-shirt  on Friday with uniform pants/shorts.  

Rams in Action

The Freshman class planned and participated in a class service project this past Saturday.  The students worked with International Coastal Clean up at the Port Orange Causeway Park cleaning up the river.

Come out and see our high school girls compete, our senior boys as cheerleaders, and we will be announcing our Faculty Powderpuff Court and crowning our king and queen.   

Homecoming Dance | Saturday, October 6 from 8:00-11:00pm – TICKETS $40

Heathrow Country Club, 1200 Bridgewater Drive, Heathrow, FL 32746.  Purchase tickets NOW from the High School office. Make checks out to OCS. 
Students bringing a non-OCS student must fill out a date approval form and turn in to the high school by Friday, September 28.

PTF Needs Your Help!

Orangewood Christian School PTF is looking for parents to help celebrate our staff on their birthdays or ½ birthdays. If a birthday has passed and you would like to still celebrate that staff member please contact them as soon as possible to let them know you will be celebrating their special day on their ½ birthday. WT Cafe' will be providing snack on Tuesday's & Thursday's. 

Student Government and PTF have joined forces to use this opportunity to raise money to offset costs for Prom. They will be serving snacks on Wednesday's & Friday's.   We need your help in serving!  Please see the below signup to volunteer to help with snack and donut sales on these days.

NHS Tutoring Center | Open Tuesday and Thursday

The National Honor Society tutoring center is open every Tuesday and Thursday from 2:45pm to 4:00pm.  The tutoring center will not be open on days when there is no school or when there is a half day. The center is located in Mrs. More's room,153.

College Information Night for Juniors and Parents – Tuesday, 9/18 at 6pm in Room 260

We are pleased to welcome several guest speakers for this year’s college information night. They include admissions representatives from Rollins College and Florida State University to talk about the application review process. Tim McDermott will share information about studying for and take the SAT and/or ACT. We will also be providing information about timelines for Junior year. We look forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks.
