SENIORS...IMPORTANT GRADUATION INFORMATION
Senior Display Boards – Must be completed and brought to graduation rehearsal- Link to Examples of Boards
Senior display boards are a special part of graduation. Parents prepare these and decorate them with pictures and other mementos of the student’s life, interests, and high school years. They are a wonderful way to honor your graduate! Display boards are provided by the school and have been given to all seniors.
Completed boards will be set up at Northland, A Church Distributed during graduation rehearsal. They will be on display in the foyer for family and friends to view at graduation on May 19. They must be taken home that evening. If you have any questions regarding senior display boards, please contact Diane Walker at 407-339-0223 X221 or via email at email@example.com.
We have started a graduation party calendar on RenWeb to assist families in planning their parties without conflicting with each other. These are not school events. If you would like your event posted on this calendar, email Diane Walker at firstname.lastname@example.org with the date and time.
Prior to graduation rehearsal, there will be a senior brunch on Friday, May 19 at 10:00am at Northland, A Church Distributed. This is a time for students to eat, relax, set-up and view each other’s display boards, and watch their senior video.
Graduation rehearsal is Friday, May 19 from 10:00am – 12:00pm at Northland, A Church Distributed. Rehearsal attendance is mandatory! Please do not schedule any appointments during this time. Students should bring their honor cords that they received on Awards Night. A class picture in their gowns will be taken at rehearsal.
Graduation Cap, Gown, and NHS Stole
Your child’s cap and gown have been ordered and includes a keepsake tassel and cap. All caps and gowns along with NHS stoles (if applicable) will be distributed at graduation rehearsal and stoles and gown must be returned that evening following the ceremony.
