April 1, 2010 - Early Registration Deadline (last day to receive discounted pricing)
May 14, 2010 - Registration Closes
May 21, 2010 - Cancellation Deadline (last day to receive refund)
How To Register

You will need to fill out a new page for each individual student in your family.
Don't forget to also fill out a hard copy
Medical Information and
Authorization Form for each student you register online.

2- Download and Complete Forms
For each student, complete a
Registration Form and a
Medical Information and Authorization Form
(see below to obtain forms).
Deliver all forms and a check made out to OCS for payment in full to any school office,
or mail the forms and check to:

Request Forms
Registration forms are available at each of the Orangewood Christian School offices or by
request: contact Sarah Powell at
spowell@orangewoodchristian.org.
Course Cancellations
Orangewood reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment.
In the event that this occurs, the families enrolled in the course affected
will be notified at least two weeks in advance and will receive full refunds.
Dismissals
Orangewood Christian School reserves the right to dismiss any student for disciplinary
issues, including any behavior deemed inappropriate by the summer program administration.
No refunds will be made for disciplinary dismissal from a program.
